Baseline
Notice the behaviour you want to improve before you enter the room.
Click through the complete REPS experience: set a behavioural intention, review one focused coaching idea, respond in a free-text conversation, and receive evidence-first feedback on the actual exchange.
The buyer pushes on price. Your job is to diagnose the real constraint, protect value, and make any movement conditional.
◎Start from a baseline, not a generic course.
⇄Practise realistic conversations repeatedly.
↗Turn feedback into visible progress.
Every practice rep follows the same deliberate-practice logic: notice the habit, choose one behavioural intention, practise, get evidence-based feedback, and repeat.
Notice the behaviour you want to improve before you enter the room.
Choose one observable move to practise instead of trying to improve everything.
Respond to a counterpart whose priorities are not the same as yours.
Connect feedback to specific choices, then make the next rep more deliberate.
Start with eight sales conversations across discovery, value, resistance, negotiation, stakeholder alignment and commitment. Founder scenarios follow below.
8 exercises · discovery, value, resistance, negotiation and commitment
Your buyer wants a discount. Understand the constraint, make value concrete, and trade with intention.
The deal is nearly there. Then procurement changes the payment terms. Slow the moment down and test the real constraint.
The buyer likes the idea but calls it “nice to have.” Diagnose current state, business impact and desired future state before discussing the proposal.
A confident buyer sees no reason to change. Lead with a credible commercial insight, reframe the status quo, and create constructive tension.
The customer says implementation will be too disruptive. Clarify what the objection really means, isolate it, respond with evidence, and check back.
Procurement asks for a 15% discount against a competitive quote. Protect margin by diagnosing the request and trading across variables, not price alone.
Your champion likes the proposal and offers to circulate it internally. Map the decision system, uncover stakeholder concerns and earn access without undermining your champion.
The buyer is positive but avoids a concrete next step. Diagnose the hesitation, make the cost of delay explicit and agree a useful commitment without forcing the close.
2 exercises · fundraising and strategic control
An investor sees potential, but wants more control. Discover what is behind the demand before making your next move.
A prospective partner wants approval rights over everyday decisions. Explore safeguards without giving away your ability to act.
Choose Demo for guided responses or Prototype to test the same scenario through a free-text conversation.
Pressure during the conversation. Perspective afterwards. REPS separates the counterpart role from the coach role so feedback can focus on observable behaviour rather than generic encouragement.
Practise with a purpose.Bring one behavioural intention into the room.
Reflect on the actual exchange.Connect feedback to the words and choices you used.
Leave with a next move.Try one different response in the next rep.
You moved to a discount before establishing what the buyer was trying to solve.
The concession changed the economics before you knew whether price was the real constraint.
Across repeated scenarios, REPS can show whether the behaviour you intended to practise is becoming more reliable under pressure.
The demo is intentionally lightweight. A production implementation can connect scenario configuration, AI counterparts, assessment data, coaching and dashboards.
Three turns make the behavioural pattern visible quickly. Full simulations can run for 10–20 minutes and adapt to the learner’s responses.
GAP focuses on diagnosing and quantifying the customer’s business gap. Challenger focuses on creating value through insight and reframing. Objection handling focuses on clarifying and resolving resistance. Margin protection focuses on multi-variable negotiation and conditional trading. Multi-stakeholder buying focuses on decision mapping and champion enablement. Commitment focuses on diagnosing hesitation and agreeing a purposeful next step.
Yes. The same behavioural capability can be practised with different commercial contexts, buyer roles, constraints, pressure tactics and difficulty levels.
